Elaine plays hockey for Wales’ Masters 55 age group team but has missed out on going to Cape Town in South Africa for the Masters World Cup due to the pandemic. She is a super-active grandmother, who works on the family farm and has her own successful career.
Clair works as a Sports lecturer in Pembrokeshire College and has her own coaching channel on YouTube. She has previously qualified for the Ironman World championships in KONA and has been in and around Triathlon for many years. Clair has competed for Wales and UK in a number of sports including athletics, surf lifesaving, duathlon and triathlon
Roger works for PCC and has had a very successful career in Triathlon, being multiple winner of the Welsh championships and in 2002 he represented Great Britain at the World Championships at Cancun Mexico.
